Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible to return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The order contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging remains intact, as received.

2. The product shows only normal handling, and no damage from careless handling is present.

3. For products where hygiene is a concern, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.

6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged during this period.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

 

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Send an email to: info@glass-skin-lab.com

2. Ensure your email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (in case of breakage)
  • Customer’s first name and last name
  • Customer’s address

We will respond with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender’s address—wait for the correct return address from us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Right of Withdrawal 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their contract under the following conditions, provided they are natural persons acting outside their commercial or professional activity:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), receives the goods.

Please note, as we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed and dispatched immediately. Once an order is shipped, a refund is not possible until the goods are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to cancel the contract. The withdrawal is completed once we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the buyer’s responsibility.

Record for Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you have received the goods. After receiving the goods, you may return them. You may inform us in advance about your cancellation, but we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation once you return the items.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving notice of your withdrawal and the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the repayment.
